Base Fitness Farmers Carries allow simple vertical plate loading with standard 2” Oly Plates. Using our Base Fitness Farmers Walk handles are an efficient way to build forearm and grip strength. Walking with heavy weights with good posture has many muscle building benefits from the glutes, quads and calves to the upper back, shoulders, and core.
The vertical plate loading lets the bars get closer to the ground so you get full range of movement.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that some items might not be right for you.
We are happy to accept a returned item in a new resalable and unused condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us that you wish to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to return your order. No return of order will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Items will be inspected upon return and a refund issued if they are in the same condition as they were shipped out originally. Any disputes will be resolved at our discretion.
There will be a 10% restocking fee.
