We will ship in-stock orders within 3 working days of purchase. If you wish to purchase a product which is out of stock please contact us directly.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please contact the courier directly for information and updates whilst your order is in transit. If you have any problems however you may contact us directly and we will assist you where possible.

Orders will be packed securely to reduce the risk of damage during transit so that you receive products that are accurately represented in the photographs and product descriptions.

The choice of courier may vary due to the size of the product and quantity or products ordered.

We understand that some items might not be right for you. 

We are happy to accept a returned item in a new resalable and unused condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us that you wish to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to return your order. No return of order will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.

Items will be inspected upon return and a refund issued if they are in the same condition as they were shipped out originally. Any disputes will be resolved at our discretion. 

There will be a 10% restocking fee.
